Simple Match Fishing Forum

Just got back from Monaghan Pairs on Loch Muckno. There was a good 3-4 feet on it. Bream didn't show but it fished its man balls off for roach. Only one day did the top weight dip under 30k and that was by a tad.
Best Guinness ever too, great do, company's even better.
Talk is already of extending it to 100 next year if accomodation can be found.
Fitting tribute that England's best ever matchman Kevin Ashurst and Baz Smith won the pairs; they couldn't loose it with one day to go!!
Top ind day weight 34k550 all roach.
Most Guinness consumed, - anybody's guess.
Get on it next year it will be a sellout like this year.

Martin behaved himself like the true gent he is
In fact I didn't recognise him with his wig OFF.
One morning at breakfast we were all talking about what sections we were in but Martin wanted to talk about sh!t smelling aftershave. You are right, he definitely ain't a full shilling, good laugh though.
