Access instructions for anyone who hasn’t been to Bailies Meadow before is along Meadow Road which found via the A5111 Bridge Street Burton on Trent – see link
http://www.streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x ... newmap.srf
Bailies Meadow is on the right hand side via the gate just past the ‘bend’ in the ‘road’
A reminder to all, it is park right by your peg to save your weary feet and platforms are now in situ along the length
One guest confirmed for this - Millie - who is now back on the scene after a decade absence
Drynet's still checking his fixture list

Yep it was Brambles - concerns were expressed at the AGM about the safety of crossing the road bridge to get to Broadholme.
Cheers for the update too
On the guest front as well as Millie we have
Colin, Dave and Graham
So might be a decent turnout after all............

Just thought whilst I've got this topic open...................
Has news leaked and the tom tom drums been beating hence the influx of vistor requests
Do you remember a season or two ago when the club featured in MA in a 'club call' fishing the Trent
Well this match might also feature in a mag...................
A Trent crack.........and I'm sworne to secrecy so dont ask
might be along to fish a typical 'club match' as part of a new 'Masters vs' series...........

No probs Drynet
That's a shame though, you are probably the most photogenic of us all - you'd have looked good in the mag with 10lb of redfins

I must admit I had concerns about Broadholme It's a long walk from car 2 river bank too. I would have had a crack at Baillies again if I could have booked my original hol dates but had to take them a week early. I wish you all the best of luck and hope it fishes better this time.
