Cashmores Match 15 21st Oct 2023

Well what a grueller on a gin clear cut for the latest but last club match of the year
Switched from the Cannock Extension boatyard because of some floating crud that had moved on the section to a tap water Wyrley and Essington Canal on our section on the Common
15 fished thankfully no dry nets although at one stage I was expecting one.
Plenty of good banter though and also pleasing to report that one of our new members for 2024 overcame the Cashmores Curse to win on what was his first match with us. Nice one John Dunkley
The tale of the scales makes a bit of grim reading
1. J Dunkley 1.2.6
2. P Vernon 0.11.7
3. P Jeffery 0.9.0
