Simple Match Fishing Forum

Went to Claygate yesterday and had a bit of a shock, the first half of the left hand bank, all of the right hand bank and the far end (railway) is now totally devoid of any vegetation. They were busy planting new reeds and trees so it was quite noisy and I was told it had been done because the banks were being eroded but seems a bit extreme to me and will certainly take a good few years to look decent again.
