At last our first match of the season - warm with sunny periods and a breeze (which was troublesome for a few of us). We fished every other peg from 1-29. 15 fished today - great to see everyone out on the bank again.
Also our first match with social distancing which seemed to work out reasonably well.
Unfortunately for some of us the fish were also social distancing ;D :rage
But not for Chris T who blew the field away with an impressive 129lb, 2nd with a very creditable 72lb was Keith, and Mr C got in on the act for 3rd with a solid 61lb. Well done gents. The hot area seemed to be between pegs 3 & 11 with the four top weights coming from these 5 pegs.
Many thanks to Josh and Kyle for taking on the weigh-in. :thumsup

Result:
1. Chris T peg 7 - 129-08lb
2. Keith peg 11 - 72-12lb
3. Dave C peg 3 - 61-12lb
4. Clive peg 9 - 56-00lb
5. Josh peg 15 - 52-14lb
6. Mark peg 23 - 39-08lb
7. Kyle peg 5 - 38-08lb
8. Simon peg 19 - 38-00lb
9. Mick peg 29 - 36-12lb
10. John peg 27 - 32-08lb
11. Tony R peg 25 - 26-08lb

13. Gino peg 13 - 13-10lb
14. Chris W peg 1 - 11-14lb
15. Terry peg 17 - 9-04lb

Spare a thought for Gino who came 13th from peg 13 with 13lb :surprisev . Hope you got home safely mate!!!

Well done Chris Keith and Mark
It was a frustrating day losing a couple of big fish at the beginning then nothing for ages the some baby carp and some small Roach and Rudd and then 7 reasonably carp in the last hour
I enjoyed the day as I was finally fishing

Well done everyone. The draw and weigh in seemed to go well, and thanks to those who helped.
As I have hardly been out the house for 3 months it was great to get some fresh air and catch a few at last. Fortunately managed to double my weight in the last hour, with a few lumps down the edge.
