Don't panic Tel....we can always stick some Lake 2 pegs in the Lake 1 draw!!...must admit though, it is one of my favourite lakes and I have a number 4 section I still need to rescue from it

Waiting for a response from Slough house for October. Monk lake 2 is very difficult to get bookings for if Slough house doesnt work out I will try lake 2 in October if not then I will try and get it for next year along with Lake John.
I have just added a new venue Blind Lane. I have never been there never fished it we will just have to go in blind and hope for the best.
Southend farm, Orchard farm and Tylers common and all still possible

Must admit dates are not looking very favourable at present.
Looking at the current crop of dates this is standing at 10 days holiday. Not sure I will be at many this year. Cannot afford the time off as we are getting made redundant later this year. I will get to as many as I can though.

Personally I think Orchard above Tylers as similar fishing but better stamp of fish and breakfast!! That's a shame Keith

Also Agree with Simon, Orchard is better venue than Tylers

Tel, you are soooo controversial
Dave, can't PM at the moment for some reason but Kyle would like to join as a member this year and he has a cousin and a mate also interested. Good standard anglers but fully aware we are a friendly (ish
) club and no real money involved etc. Names are Chris and Josh, do you want me may be to get them to give you a bell directly if we can accomodate them? let me know, cheers Si

I have finally been able to get a booking at Slough house. From what I have read on the place it may be a good venue for a Silvers only match, any opinions?
Im in agreement with those who favour Orchard over Tylers. It may depend on what dates are available for Southend Farm. I will be trying for Southend Farm for the 6th July and Orchard for 5th October.

Si, We are always happy to get new members as numbers have been a bit depleted. provided everyone else is happy to accept them i dont see a problem. They are welcome to give me a ring if they want. ( use my landline number)
Kyle is a definite as a member this year.

Dates all on Calendar, only one clash with Mrs E, so all good.
Sorry to hear about the job Keith, but like you say more time for fishing.
A friendly club, ummmm, with people who struggle to count
May buy a bulk order of clickers for everyone ( two for KEITH )
Looking forward to it

Si - I think every new member we can get is good news.
Delighted Kyle wants to join. Clearly lacking in taste and judgement
Re Chris and Josh the sensible thing would be for them to come and guest at a match so they can be sure its for them and then join up for the rest of the year.
Keith - sorry about the big 'R'.
When is D Day?
One of the best bits of our days out is guessing the diference between your real weight and the claimed on
I was just beginning to work out the pinnochio factor
What am I going to do for a bit of fun now?
....and Gino really enjoys it too

Anyone had any contact with Al & Little Al?

Just sent a message on messenger ( his wife’s account I think ). Let’s see if there is any response. I know Little Al loved fishing with us, be a shame if he can’t come to a match or two.
