The 4th round of the Oxford Summer league was fished by 8 teams of 6 on the Thames at Sandford and Culham. For the 1st time in the series the match was fished in wet and very windy conditions so no problems with swimmers and boats.
1st Brett Cooper - Drennan Bordon - 59lb 13oz. Brett drew at the end of the rushes at the bottom end of Culham and had 13 bream on feeder and worm and also the pole and worm over groundbait feed.
2nd Charlie Somerton - Sensas A4 Black - 43lb 7oz. Charlie drew on the bottom end peg at Culham and had 9 bream on the pole and worm over worm feed.
3rd Mike Marlsdon - Devizes - 27lb 1oz. Mike drew top end peg at Culham and had 3 bream and a good bag of roach on the pole and caster over groundbait feed.
4th Paul Glenfied - Drennan Oxford Blue - 26lb 11oz
5th Dave Johnson - Sensas A4 Green - 22lb 5oz
