Trent bridge and the Victoria embankment. The water level looks down. That bottom step on the far bank is normally under water.
I once fished about where the camera man would have been standing to take this shot. On the other side there is a very large block of flats. Someone in the flats was shooting a air rifle at me and this other guy. Luckily all the power had gone out of the pellets by the time they reached our bank. Excellent Bream fishing opposite the "Blue" barge, slightly upstream from this picture.
