, after not fishing sunday due to a long weekend in ireland 
I was looking forward to it.Malcolm picked me up half 7 an dwe made a pit stop at helgas cafe (last as normal). We drove to the pegs today and I drew 6 and malcolm 7 (was second of 6 two matches ago) but with tommo on 12 (he won of it last match) it would be tough.
I started on the corn after feeding a pot of pellet and corn at 7 meters and had my first carp after short time. I then foul hooked a couple and landed a couple more before loosing my rig
. After setting up another I had one more carp on this line before it was dead :(.I looked on the 10meter line then and had afew more carp but tommo and mikey had been catching well in the first hour and half. I had fish regularly untill the finish but only 1 in the last half hour
.It would be close but I didn't think I would be able to beat mikey or tommo.
We weighed mikey first and he put 58lb 2oz on a golden peg (amazing what you can do for a knew pole) Tommo was the next to weigh in who could challenge mikey and he had 51lb less than we all thought
. As I weighed in I didn't think I had enough and weighed 55lb 7oz Third match in a row I've finished second on at the venue
so mad i've been beat by 6lb,3lb and 3lb again today 
Better do one better on sunday
