thanks, a real red letter day, the best matches are the simple one's. Everything went right.
In recent weeks I've had 2 of the best days fishing in years, last Wednesday and a couple of weeks ago I had 23lb's of dace and roach below swarkestone bridge to win the Derby Railway annual match in which there were 3 other 20lb weights.
No wonder these matches are well attended.

Been a good week for site members with Joff winning the Drennan final at Burton last sunday. Well done Joff.

Back to earth with a bump on the final last sunday, drew Municipal 9, so not much of a chance but that's fishing and Frank, Don , Tooney and the rest would have just loved be there.

Looking forward now to the Derby Railway closing match on sunday at Shardlow.
