Calder Championship 2015

Bradford No1 AA will hold the Calder Championship 2015 this Sunday (20th September) along the River Calder around Brighouse, West Yorkshire. There is a guaranteed first prize of at least £500, plus a number of other top prizes and sections paid by default.
It's looking like another good turnout (80+) but tickets are still available for £15 from Simon on 01274 571175. The draw will take place at 9am at the Railway Inn in Brighouse, which will be open for breakfasts from 8am.
The river has been fishing very well this year particularly for the Calder League series with 30lbs being needed to win most matches and average weights over 10lbs. Chub, trout, grayling, dace, roach and perch are the main target species but the odd barbel and bream could make an appearance. No pike will be weighed.
Thanks
