Dave, Jim is 50:50 for this one. He wants to come but has a fairly major dental op tmo so just depends how he feels afterwards. Sens his apols for late notice.

By all accounts he had a really rough time of it - over 4hrs in the dentists chair :surprisev - and they still didn't get everything done :surprisev
