After last years successful series Brian and myself will be running the canal masters this year ,Like the river masters you will have to qualify by winning your section and then go through to a grand final . Previous winner Cameron Hughes will have a pass to the final to try and retain his title as Sensas Canal Champion . This league will be over 6 rounds and might be limited due to winter moorings we still are hoping for 60 anglers pools remain the same as last year at £20 paying individuals on the day and section money with £4 going to the final . One point i must make is we nearly lost the right to fish the canal last year so please remember there are other people use and live on the canal so best behavior is needed . Hopefully we should see some more fish going into the canal later this year and before the start of the league .
There is a lot of work that goes into these matches so please look at the dates and only book on the ones you can fish it makes life a lot easier for us to keep control of the lists of names
