Sensas Soar Master 5th Qualifier

50 anglers fished
Competitors faced a difficult days fishing with the river low and clear and desperate for rain combined with a strong down stream wind and lots of troublesome pike.
1) Peg 71 Nigel Bull Shakespeare Superteam 10lb 15 oz
Nigel had two tench for about 5 lbs fishing the near shelf with chopped worm he then switched to fishing pinkie over groundbait ay 14 meters to catch a mixture of roach, skimmers and perch.

Ant fished the whole match at four meters fishing pinkie over groundbait for a mixed bag of small fish.
3) Peg 83 Dean Guess Drennan Leicester 7lbs 1oz
Dean had a good net of small roach fishing hemp at 12 meters.
