Fred Moss memorial match Sunday 26nd April 2015 €20 (euros)
Festival Dates Monday 27rd April to Friday 1st may 2015
Draw for sections: Sunday 26nd April at 9.30pm Flynn's Bar, Main Street, Banagher
Payment of pools – pools monies are to be paid before the section draw is undertaken (except the pairs pools), so please be prompt (and I'll do the same)
Sections to be used for the festival:
‘A' Section Meelick
‘B' Section Portumna Town
‘C' Section Meelick
‘D' Section Salmon Run
‘E' Section Rogers Island (Portumna)
Daily Peg Draw:
Draw to be held 09.00am each morning at Flynn's Bar
Match Duration – 11.30am to 5.30pm (6 hour matches)
Pegging:
Please note we do look at new section s each year and reserve the right to change the section used .The sections to be used will be pegged out on Friday 24th April to allow anglers to practice on the actual pegs being used for the festival.
Pools:
Entry fee £75 (paid to Anglers World) paying half sections and the remaining money paid to the top 4 in the festival
ALL these pools are optional.
Main Pools €75 (euros) paying full sections and a half section (by default)
Super Pool £40 (sterling) paying daily overall top 5 (dependant on entries)
Pairs Pool £20 (sterling) Run by Ken Dooley – total pairs weight over all 5 days
A full breakdown of all monies will be posted in Flynn's Bar – 100% payouts
Weighing in:
Will be undertaken by the anglers (volunteers for scales and board if possible, on daily peg draw if not). The scales shall be zeroed before each weigh. No Pike, eels and Game fish to count. NFA Rules & no Bloodworm or Joker.
Results and Presentation:
The festival will be decided on points best 4 from 5 results to count. In the event of a tie then, if required, the 5th result will be used to decide the places. If still tied total weight from your best 4 days.
Daily results will be posted in Flynn's Bar.
Daily pools & sections from entry money will be paid out each evening at Flynn's Bar (approximately 9.30pm) or in morning if anglers are not present.
Festival Presentation will be at Flynn's Bar on 1st may 2015 during the bands break (approximately 10-10.30pm)
