Have I dropped a goolie by omitting reference to the in the title
Anyway - just a reminder of the rules from the earlier thread for this venue
Rules that I have in my possession……………
All anglers must have a current EA rod licence
2 keepnets required for matches
Nets must be dipped
Barbless hooks only
Groundbait to be used with a pole cup or feeder only
No boilies allowed
No nuts of any kind to be used
No hemp
Meat ONLY allowed as hooked bait
No meat of any kind to be loose fed – including cat meat
No trout or high oil pellets
Carp pellets are allowed – MAX 1kg per person
Any type of meat or pellet can be used as hook bait
No floating baits of any kind
Please do not bring restricted baits on site
No litter to be left – including cigarette ends
All noise to be kept to a minimum
By the way...................
2 guests up for this at the mo, but no Drynet, Harry911 or SS who are all fishing other forum matches
Cashmores 'member' attendances have been pretty dismal so far this season - the worse for a decade. This is across all types of venues, before someone makes reference to cuts.
Whilst most members have other commitments at some time or another during the season, I've had to decline one or two requests for visitors because non of the officers have been made aware of absences that did occur on the day.
Its your club, your money - so if I've paid £5 or £6 for a peg please let me know as far in advance if you or a fellow member donot intend fishing a venue. At least if I've notice I might be able to both put a bum on a peg and so safeguard the financial interests of the club and importantly not disappoint a member who wished to bring a guest along that I believed I coudn't accomodate
Rant over ;)
