1st Sprucy 67lb odd
2nd B. Lewis OAP 64lb odd
3rd Tommo 58lb odd
4th JJ. Gallagher 48lb 14oz
It was a decent match and I think a few 'tons' could have been done but the carp were spawning like mad. I had 7 carp and had 5 down the edge on corn and soft pellet (the biggest was foul hooked shhh). I was on peg 5 I had 2 carp at 10 meter on the soft pellet and 3 early down the edge and two late down the edge (the last one was foul hooked). All in all it was a nice day and everyone caught. Some were not happy as the cafe was shut due to a break in. the other pools fished well apart from island. We all had a good day and i'm looking forward to going back there.
