The Pier Inn at the end of Pier Street on the way to Clayhanger. The bridge fell to bits and I think the one in the pic was fairly 'new'. Think TK was in those outside bogs when this pic was taken :rofl :rofl :rofl :rofl

I think if I was expected to walk over that either before or after having a pint I would seriously consider finding another pub or going tea total !!! :-/

Which side would the pub be on? The market side.

Me and old Twinky Delbridge stood behind a chap a couple of
seasons ago by that canoe hut. There was a chap fishing a
Crystal waggler on about 6lb line, but before he started he baited
up with bread,hemp,maggots and castars.
Me n Twink looked at one another n thought that was that.
He then cast his line with something like a piece of 6mil punch
only for it to slide away.I said to Twink were doing it all wrong
mate as he walked back to the car shaking his head. :-/
