SENSAS CANAL MASTERS 2ND ROUND RESULTS
Aaran hits Festive form
Great turnout yet again for this competition with some top International anglers all trying to qualify for the final on March the 15th on the loughborough canal . With coloured water and blustery winds the big question would the bream and skimmers feed after recently introduced to the canal . Aaron Wells made the most of a good draw on the swing bridge section of the canal and switching between big baits and bloodworm and Joker to catch bream perch and roach for 11kg 450g for a easy win and more importantly that qualifying spot for the final . Second on the day derby based Cameron Hughes who found himself on a shoal of hungry roach and skimmers for a weight of 5kg 400g Cam caught from start to finish on bloodworm and joker . Third and fourth place's turned out to be a peg to peg battle between Darren Massey and Jason Cunningham with Jason coming out on top by 30grms Darran weighed 4kg 700g and Jason 4kg 730g Next round is on the 18th Jan so seasons greetings to all the Anglers in leicestershire .
