The 4th round of the Oxford winter league was fished by 50 anglers ona clear oxford canal from Kidlington to Kings bridge. With few boats and a clear canal on a sunny day the fish were always going to be shoaled up. The top 5 all came from 2 areas where the fish shoaled while other areas were virtually biteless. The team result was incredibly tight with Sensas A4 winning but 3 teams tying in 2nd.

1st Matt Herbert - Drennan Oxford - 12lb 13oz. Matt made the most of a end peg draw on the rushes below the new bridge in Kidlington. He fished the pole and caster and had quality roach and perch.

2nd Charlie Somerton - Sensas A4 - 10lb 2oz. Charlie was in the section above Kings bridge and had roach, perch and skimmers on the pole and bloodworm over joker feed.

3rd Mark Harrington - Tubertini Apollo Black - 8lb 8oz. Mark was next to the winner and had a similar net of of roach and perch on worm over chop worm.
