Ah man balls yers all jealous!
If i tell you everything that happened wed have to stuff the mag with even more ads to fill the spare pages up!
Ok, the current champ is already out including several very big names but weve also got 32 very big names that have gone through! A certain Barford champ won on the day, knocking a certain 5 times World Champ into 2nd off the next peg . Also, the lucky MF reader who won a place in the competition caused a bit of a stir while several top Lindholme regulars all fell by the wayside . Is that enough to whet your appetites?

I havent got the list in front of me but I think he just missed out. Shame as he'd done well in the practice matches...
He did have a red eye and said it was something to do with Fozzy poking him...

Hi The match was a great success in my eyes,it was a section match with the top 16 on each lake qualifying ,so each lake had to be a fair pegging independently.
The Bonsai has expected with only 35 anglers on was the winning lake.
Neil Mckinnon won with 124lb
Alan scothorne second with 98lb ish then loads of 80lbs
the last qualifier was at 61lb i believe on the bonsai.
The oasis was the same with 35 anglers fishing it,it proved has i thought low weights but very fair.
Kierron Rich won with 37lb then 36lb then 35lb and so on.
The weights was down on both lakes due to spawning etc and a cold east wind but the oasis proved a good match has the qualifiers (16)was all between 37lb and 25lb so a close match on both lake ,JOB DONE AND ALL HAPPY .I hope.
I did not split the pegging on more lake to try and compete with weights has it was not needed,it was the top 16 on each lake if it was i would have put more on Bonsai and used other lakes to compete like the laurels with was won with 240lb last week, the fisho will be on all lakes with a split of pegs to help balance the weights
