Steve Toone and Frank Barlow memorial match
Posted: August 28th, 2014, 1:12 pm
Just seen this this morning. I,ve booked in and it's selling out fast so if you're interested dab in quick
After a lot of thought I have decided to move the memorial match to Burton on Trent part of the River Trent. The reasons being that the Higgin hasn't fished well for a few years now and the long walks to get to the pegs are the main reasons.Burton is fishing really well and the fact that you can park behind your peg will make things alot easier for everyone. The date is Wednesday 1st October, the draw is 9am at the Washlands sports club in Burton on Trent (DE14 1TD) where breakfast is avaliable, pools are £25, fishing will be 11-4.As always the pegging fees and monies raised from the raffle will go to the Nottingham City Hospital Cancer ward where my dad and Steve was treated. To book in contact Tim at Matchman Supplies, 01159813834. There's only 55 pegs available so be quick as they it will sell out very quick.
Cheers Dean
