Practice match one week before each round.

Please excuse my lack of education but I'm not in a team but would like to fish, how do I go about getting in a team? If it means being a good angler to get in a team, well... I'm stuffed haha

Worm and Joker in the last 5 rounds
1st round its not usually available but on the Beeston
it will fish ok without it. ::)
Think last year was won double figures with bream on lobby.
with good back up weights.
