The intention was to fish Fishley Lane...............cuss I aint lost the key

However the track down to the cut is now very overgrown. Big Col did volunteer today to hack his way thru for us ..........

However I popped down this afternoon to look at the pegging

Now we all wanna be on the wides don't we

Usually we get 7 pegs on the wides before the cables...........not today we don't. If we got 4 pegs in, 2 would be moaning cuss if they hit anything half decent they wouldn't get it out.

Two seasons ago myself and Heinzer donned chest waders and 'cut out' and racked the pegs on the wides, just aint got the time to do it this week

The cut was also going a tad clear - aok I know that can all change with one boat through......

So an 'executive' decision.........

We'll fish the Cannock Extension, pegging from Wyrley Grove down into the boatyard. That'll give any walking wounded - that's if there are any turning out for this one ::) - the opportunity of a very short walk peg by the fence entrance.......
