Can anybody guess who this angler is ??  I drew next to him today on the Bridgewater canal in Manchester, he is still going strong on the N.W. canal circuit, he fished for england i believe in the Kevin Ashurst, Ian Heaps and Dave Roper era, all north west anglers who fished for england around the same time.
