The 2nd round of the Oxford Summer league was fished by 7 teams of 6 on the Thames on the Medley and Folly stretches. On a hot and sunny day it was mainly roach that showed all the way through both stretches.
1st Andy Flint - Tubertini South - 20lb 5oz. Andy made the most of a end peg in the Perch bay on Medley and was one of the only angler to find bream. He had 4 big bream on the feeder and worm plus skimmers.
2nd Paul Passmore - Turners - 17lb. Paul was top weight on Folly and had 11lb of perch on worm plus roach on maggot from a peg on Marlborough road
3rd Steve Townsend - Drennan Banbury Gunsmiths - 12lb 11oz. Steve had perch and skimmers on pole and worm from just below the railway bridge on Folly.
4th John Taylor - Tubertini South - 11lb 15oz
5th Matt Herbert - Drennan Banbury Gunsmiths - 11lb 2oz
