I'm not sure Ropa..Eclipse may well have been one of the founder members but i really are not sure.
I think there were 180 teams in total last year in 22 leagues.
There are a couple of new leagues starting this year but i know that the West Middlesex league has folded and at least two more leagues vare struggling for teams.

Atherstone have joined forces with Attleborough, this was decided well before the new rulings.

I'd also still like to know if the Final has been moved to Cudmore on the day after Fisho?

Ropa, text me when your league has made a decision...
It could set the standard for a lot of leagues and get AT to have a serious rethink about how the competition should be run.

Im surprised/disappointed with how out of control this has all got! At first i couldnt see what the fuss was about but now, after talking to my captain and seeing these posts, im not so sure. The figures do seem vague and I know Mick Hatchard hasnt had all the answers to his questions yet.
Lee, is the Warks Division still without a captain? Also, with Eclipse gone does that mean Norbury will move to another water eg. Birm Mainline/HanKat/Cov Cut?

Jon
As it stands the Warks is without an organiser. I was considering running it again but after recent events i just cant get motivated enough to even consider it.
The Email was sent to the league secretaries last week, Surely with major changes taking place there could have been more thought about keeping people informed or given the organisers more time. As it stands most competitors still do not know whats occuring.
As far as i'm concerned the venues were chosen by the team captains and should remain unless otherwise decided.

Well the teams wern`t particularly impressed with the price hike. The league has gone to 11 teams as 1 of the new teams did not turn up for the meeting so the league couldn`t go ahead without them there so a decision was made to go ahead with just the 11 teams. I think it would be wrong to say why the team did not turn up, cos nobody could get in touch with them. Something else was talked about but I won`t say on here

ropas i think most will except the changes because of the time we have to sort it out
still most of the anglers in our league know nothing about it
i think i'm going to put bread up 130% if this is how you do it

Yepp, no B/Joker in the Wigan W/L joff , we have no problem with that mate
2 of our lads were at the meeting last night plus i have spoken to a couple of lads who run the Wigan lge. What was said there remains private and confidential which is understandable

Joff when are they going to find out?? It`s all this uncertainty that is yellow stream people off, how many leagues, how many teams, what region are we in, with what other leagues. The sooner it gets settled the better and we can move on and concentrate on what should be the best and biggest team event of the year. I can see where Ken is coming from with the fact that he doesnt know how many teams and leagues there are, after all you have said yourself, most teams in your league don`t know about the changes, Why?? we`ve known for 2 weeks now.

most of the league teams only get together just before it starts and the others think leicester and the trentmen should sort it out anglers are like sheep if one moves they all will
if one of the big teams stood up and said NO to the increases and did'nt fish there league as a AT winter league most others would follow
and i'm quiet sure ken would be the last person that would want that at the end of the day our summer league is great our winter teams of eight are great the tetleyleague is great i cant see why the winter league would'nt be great without AT
