Fished it before in an Angling Times Semi Final.
We won it but had to drive through a blizzard to get there.
Good old days - but long gone now

Still mingling, but on commercials now
Amazing how many lads we used to fish against in the 80's are now on commercials
Last Sunday at Lindholme was like turning clock back to the Stainy opens in the 80's, but with more fish
I am afraid canal fishing has had it's day
All the young ones want now is commercial fishing

With this years SMF championship match 'cancelled' due to all the clashing dates I just had a dip back into this - those reports still crack me up

Next year -eh! TK  we really enjoyed the SMF Gatherin 

Hopefully we can pressgang a few more of muppets into partakin.......... 

Seein as...recently they apprear to ave developed acute bout of.........."Cut Fever"
