I was going to mention the walking in the winter league.
It was voted at the meeting that bank walkers would be disqualified in the practice matches as well.
It the rules are made they should be adhered too.
Regarding the semi i think the correct decision has been reached, like you say TWO teams from each division should go through as it says in the rules.
