Just look at weights in our matches

I'm looking :shifty :shifty :shifty one match with 6 weights out of 64 anglers over 2 matches hardly makes it a good fishing venue does it??? You want venues where 40lb+ wins and everyone on venue has 10lb + not 100lb 90lb couple of 70's and then ounces and blanks. You really are changing as you get grey Statler, your losing ya marbles man if you think a draw for a handful of pegs out of 30+ makes a cracking venue :fistycuffs :fistycuffs

Come on be fair
How many on Willows got over 10lb?
How many on Oasis got over 10lb?

I like Lindholme, but in Winter you are going to get matches where a lot struggle. Hayfield is no different

I don't disagree weights were low, never said anything different but anyone sat on bank can win fishing well. You cant say that for this sh!t hole, someone sits on a crappity smack shed full and most get few if any bite at all. I go to catch fish and have as fair a chance as possible of winning off most pegs, not a lucky dip of 3 or 4 pegs, its a lottery and total joke and that is being as fair as I can be with the venue. And if your honest with yourself you know I'm telling the truth. I don't claim to be a world beater but I can catch fish on the hardest of venues and in 15 hours of fishing I have caught 5 fish at this place, that is how good it is, crappity smack 6 finger shuffle :tiphat :tiphat I'd rather fish a fair and even match for 5/6lb than a draw bag for 1 in 20 chance of 70lb + while everyone else catches nothing. Given ideal choice I'd like every match to be like the one on Bennies, plenty of bites for everyone on lake :thumsup :thumsup sorry but you aint ever going to sell me this place as long as I have an hole in my wobbly cheeks, if its voted in I'll fish but if I get a vote I wont step another foot near the place for winter league :tiphat :thumsup :thumsup

It's a different type of venue - carp opposed to F1s.
We can't/wont have them all at Lindholme and running out of options for different choices.
Most carp venues are Peggy in Winter.
What other options are there?

Sykhouse not anywhere near that peggy, Micks aint, Tyram isn't, Moorefields wasn't to name 4 close by that we have used in the past. Talk of triangs coming good again but may struggle with peg numbers with league as is, Swanlands early and late due to closure, Barnburgh and bankend are another 4 all within 20 mile that could be used. Don't have to fish both pairs at same venue, split it to widen the options which would make other venues possible. There is lots of things that could be done but effort has to be put in for it to happen, not just Mark sorting himself out for organising it but also everyone playing their own part in making it run smoothly. I just personally feel its the most unfair venue we have ever had in the league and to average 3 hours a bite is truly shocking IMO :tiphat :thumsup :thumsup
