Daint expect that OBI - I've just cancelled 3 pints of bronze and picked up 1/4 of pinkie and squatt instead

Looks like I've gotta go back to the tackle shop

Just got back from tackle shop myself, after looking at River at Wolsley Bridge. As OBI says, not too bad at mo, but none of todays rain has come through yet, so I have bought squatt, pinkie and caster. :'(

Hello all,

Got this link from the EA (thanks Phil), river levels are at the low end of the 'typical range'. So even with extra water running through it shouldn't put it too high to fish. As Jones form dad's army would say &quot :D on't panic!!! Don't panic!!!"

tight git would only sell me half of squatt not a 1/4 cos he said he had a bad week @ the tackle shop ,good thing is if we are on the river and need more maggots he is only 2 mins up the road Image
Looks like I've gotta go back to the tackle shop

Thought sod that…………..

Thought back to the 70’s…….

Got a dozen or so lobbies off the lawn and a bit of cheese from out of the fridge…….

It’s a lob tail down the edge, alternated with  a bit of stinky stuff

a bit l8 but i would just like to say this was one of the most enjoyable matches i have fished in a very long time, plenty of banter, loads of laughs,(mr v pulled a nice lookin codger walking her dog which then pee,d all over cotti,s box ,and yamo hangin a nice lookin roach out of a tree whilst fillin his pants cos 1 of the plentiful ships was bearing down on him whilst 10 metres of pole stuck across the cut.) crackin day Image
