Thanks for your comments regarding the assassin. I would be very interested in either of the 2 poles you mention but fear, even second hand, they will be beyond my budget.

I am pretty sure Vic will not be able to make this one. He is recovering from an operation and this match may be a little too early for him.

Keith give Vic our regards and a speedy recovery and that also goes to trevor when you see him.

There is a good chance that I wont be there on Saturday as I have a dose of manflu and its getting worse.
Ill get Tony to sort the monies and Chris will bring the scales.

Dont forget to bring £30 for this seasons fees plus £8 for the day including the normal pools.

Also make sure you have purchased your new licence.

I will definately NOT be there on Saturday. I have spoken to the fishery and everything is sorted and brekkie is available.
Most of you know the rules but please be aware of the main things that ALL fish must be netted and there is a 50lb net limit. Please stick to it.

Its no surprise that the fishing has been difficult recently with top weights in the 50s and favoured pegs being the 140s to late 150s. They suggested that it may be worth you having some maggots with you.
