poles if they werent made by one of 3 companies ... Tri-cast, Sensas or Shakespeare
A certain tackle dealer has told me they have more sensas sections back than any other pole
Can't say i know about that one
Each to their own ... i spose poles are like alot of things once u get one let u down u lose faith in that manufacturer .....
All i kno is that Ted's had a sensas 12 months and its still in once piece {just}
Any pole in one piece after 12 months of Ted gotta be good for me personall ::)
He is the heaviest crappity smacker i've met on poles {other than Karl Harper ..... His Daiwa is more Tape than pole :o}

personally i wouldn't wanna touch a carbon product rods or poles if they werent made by one of 3 companies ... Tri-cast, Sensas or Shakespeare ...
[/quote]
can understand tricast wot with being english and well made.
but trusting whole heartedly in sensas and shakespeare is madness.....
wots guna happen wen one of ur rods or poles from said companies let u down. your obviously guna give up fishing coz u will lose ur confidence in them and won't touch anyone elses products.
get real.

Wots up with you ..... I only said they're the companies i trust at the moment :(
3 years ago it was different companies
in another 3 years it will probs b different ones again .....
Tellin me to get real is a little harsh because i favor certain brands n trust them at the minute :o
crappity smack me ..... :( :( :( :( :(
I've also said on this forum each to their own
and they're my each to my own ..... Few years ago i trusted Garbolino for poles and had no faith in sensas ones what so ever
Now the wind has changed i like the new sensas range - and dislike the Garbolino models in my price range ..... the higher end ones i have no problems with just the ones in my price range i've found to be poor in terms of suiting me.....
dnt take it to heart didds ..... :(

Nuff sed.

My experience of maver poles was a similar one ..... they're made by them right ? ? ?
After not very long joints became paper thin and i had pin prick holes in the top kits
Mate of mine had a top of the range maver 2 years ago ..... the "good" section had only 3 repairs on it ::)
