Simple Match Fishing Forum

I took the sport up again 2 years ago after I packed in back in 1996.My RAF career took me out to Germany in 1990 where I fished some great venues in Holland and Germany.I left the RAF in 94 and after a couple of years I didnt have the same motivation and went to golf and sea Angling. Glad to be back though but with my work shifts dont get to as many matches as I would like to. Those days when I lived in Thorne and fished for Stainy were great times

Where you living now?

I live in Barry South Wales, theres plenty of fishing about, I belong to Glamorgan Anglers. I fish the odd open at Cefn Mably when work permits, and have also done the trip down to Viaduct fishery in somerset. Its a bit of a trek but the fishing is awesome down there
