I didn,t make any preperations for this one so the fact that the fish didn,t want to come out ta play on peg 10, I can only blame myself. Anyway a couple of things i did notice appart from the obvious change to my bait list was although the water appeared coloured from a distance that wasnt the case on closer inspection i.e, down the edge, it only had a tinge of colour,
I,m not sure if the fish were being spooked by the pole over their heads?. pegs 9 and 10 needs 14.5mtrs-16mtrs of pole as feeding at 13mtrs i think allows the fish to back off a mtre or so when a few have been hooked. The tow definatley alters things abit and a couple of rigs for each feedin area wouldnt be a bad thing.
I had fun again, really enjoyed it. Todays Highlight was reaquainting myself with an
OLD mate, Mr V .
Yess you are right there he is old

well i collected my bag of dog crap from around the garden, went to the cafe and had a BEST on crusty, went to the tackle shop and brought some No5 laccy and some No 8
so if tk wakes up and theres a place on the next kp i have the laccy ready, then i took the dog a walk for a good couple of mile walk along the cut
