Dodge...i just cant get my head round those sensas hooks....what size do you use?..i dont like them i know a lot of brilliant anglers use them but they are not wide enough for me. same as everyone used to love the B590's and i used to lose every thing i hooked on them
I have got hundreds of pre tied 3530,s sizes 20 to 24 for the midland canals lee, they are also a great squatt/pinkie hook. I lost 2 proper big perch last sunday on the fazeley canal but it doesnt happen often ...... i hooked them on a joker rig 24s hook etc as it were hard where we drew ....... the very small hooks just sprung open, it happens from time to time with big perch as they have a very boney mouth, managed to land a nice tench of a pound and half on the same hook / rig .

I have bought some PR30's to try, they look like they will be very good for stampers.

for joker fishing on canalsi use fox mp1's with a No1's elastic. for bloodworm fishing on canals i use a No2's elastic set tightish 3530 or B590 hooks but for some reason they go blunt so you just have to change your hook a couple of times during a match. matching your elastics up to the hook your using is the key.

Still got a stash of them, along with some B590s but not used them for a season or two since trying out the PR31s
