The rules that i saw were

Newbies or if your name is si then you can use a full rig and bait

Fished the series before = no hooks aloud,

framed before = no hook or float

won a match = no hook, no float or no line

Name is tk = no fishing at all

Yeah, sounds fair enough to me. Im just glad i'm called Si  8-)

What about hooks ? Barbed , Barbless ?

Use what hooks you prefer........irrespective of whether yourve fished or framed there before

so i can use barbed trebles then. They should make sure i dont loose them gudgeon

Yep - no probs. But you need to tip each barb with 4 impaled squatts or else the gobies are a little cautious and back off.
If after the rub a dubs, a 6inch black slug on each barb works a treat

i think ive got a bit to excited  :o In my diary,and in my wifes diary ive got 18th Nov 1st tk match.   Well thats all fine   .

 I ve told every one i cant work this Saturday as ive got a match  ::), Got pinkies in the fridge flavouring, plus other bait on order ready to pick up on friday afternoon ready for my match on Saturday   .

Ive spoken to paul and said i will see you on Saturday, to which hes replied, i wouldnt go this Saturday as the match is on the 18th. Yes i know its on the 18th, i aint forgot, thats why ive got my bait sorted ect. Could this be the first match that im all organised and   everything is going to plan and nothing is going wrong  ;). Ive just looked at the date,............  Nov 8th  meaning this coming saturday is ..................the .................11th not the 18th  :o   I was going to a match 7 days early      

 

Well you could prolly do with the head-start

Despite the 3 wins Ginger T failed to win the 2005/6 series, finishing 2 points behind KOD
