Sorry forgot to say is that the three wise monkeys or the three fat bastards
carefull chris these three fat bastards will be behind you on the fish-o-mania final loose feed mars bars will be the trick thats if lee is still standing up after 24 carlings
bill said it had gone 14km and has not affected any of the national sections but the number of fish dead is alot higher than that figure but action is happening quite swiftly
There was no dead fish at Wheaton Aston today. The EA have put 'pollution' notices up from Bridges 1-18 but the earlier areas at Autherley, Pendeford, Hatton and Brewood have been a real disaster as far as I know. As it moves downstream it has been thinned out with freshwater from Belvide Reservoir.
the Staffs-Worcs has been thinned out wth fresh water from the B'ham Mainline. The next few days could also be quite critical, rain is forecast tomorrow, any amount is bound to be a help.
For the record the National starts at Little Onn, bridge 24, there are no signs of dead fish there or further down at Norbury.
