My prediction is Dave Swain, the thing with arena is that all the pegs are the same and with the introduction of more wiskas ::) the lake is very fair so i think it will be how each angler tackles it or the method they use

The form of the venue (Arena) will go out of the window come final day...... all the noise from spectators crappity smack about and shouting plus all the cameras and fit as crappity smack dolly bird presenters struting their stuff

It will take a cool head on the day plus loads of experience and of course angling ability to win plus, and its a big plus A DRAW cos with all the above mentioned the majority of fish will find a peg or two where they will feel safe

How the hell do you bet ?
I have never been in a bookies or placed a bet ever.
Is it best to bet on the day or what ??

Simps, Just nip in any major bookies and ask for Fisho Final odds (sky sports)

On the day of the final the odds will change dramatically after the draw cos there will be a couple of fancied pegs which would have produced in practice etc ....... but with all the disturbance on final day etc no one will exactly know which pegs the majority of fish will back off too and produce late on in the match imo, i b probably wrong lol

Chris V is around 3/1 fav
Ed Warren is around 10 - 12/1

Whats 12/1 and 3/1 mean

12/1 = put a quid bet on you win 12
3/1 = put a quid on you win 3 quid
9/2 = you put 2 quid on and win 9 quid (ie its 41/2 to 1)
7/2 = you put 2 quid on and win 7 (ie 31/2 to 1)
1/3 = odds on (dont bother with these) you put 3 quid on and win a quid

if you win you get your stake money back aswel

Seems as though im not very good at fishing with odds at 16/1.
Can`t have learnt much about fishing seeing as i spent 12 years fishing for Essex fishing with some of the best anglers in the country.
Had a few good wins over the last few years too .
crappity smack the odds get your money on peeps i feel lucky.
