Curborough is just northish of lichfield and they have great goldfish there on the canal section Image Image Image

You will have a great match on the new pool (secret tip ) don't always think the fish are on the far side :)

Good write up T K and Mark. Don't think I had a bite by the boats, my float was dotted right down at first and kept losing sight of it, after adjustment still no joy and i was having a job to hold it in the wind so switched to closer in. The reason I lost that skimmer was that a pike chased it all over the cut, when said pike saw net it shot off, unfortunately so did the skimmer. Image




When I packed up I realised I still had a pinkiy on my distance rig and closer inspection revealed a sucked tip maybe a bit more perseverance with different baits may have produced results - oh well!! At least a few points in the bag. :) :)
