This may sound daft but which bit are we fishing on ?

Si not sure which one we are fish on but were that bridge is on the white line is a carp area. Theres a few houses there and they go ballistic is you park out side of them as its a tight space. If they aint changed it you used to be able to park to the left of them up by the cut (were that bridge goes over the red line.
I started liquidizing my bread today and my
. Even brought some hooks today ready to start to make some rigs tomorrow (TK is there any rules on barbed hooks ?????? )

can any of you please let me know what the rule is on hooks Barbless only or barbed are also allowed ?????????
I need to know so i know what to use so i can make some rigs.

i was going to treat myself and make 1 for the whole series
. I know you can use barbed on the KP so woundered if i can use the same rig on the cut as it will have a barbed on
I dont want to turn upon saturday all kited up for tk to shout at me
because ive got a barbed hook on my bollie

I was using semi-barbed and barbless so I hope we can use barbed too

If it's white that bridge is a killer for me so probably not.

Already been gruellered.i fished (tried to fish) the common stretch yesterday. Having booked a day off work, i thought id give it a whirl. Let's just say it was horrendous conditions, the wind was terrible as ever blowing a gale across the common,presentation was a nightmare, i managed 1 blade roach in 6 hours,whilst 2 other good anglers dried by the fancied pegs by the pub.One other guy caught a 2lb jack pike though. my no 5 section smashed in wind,my gear was soaking wet and covered in mud overall its a day i wish to forget.i am not looking forward to saturday.

TK plans to hold grueller match 3 on the stretch thats been highlighted white, but if its to windy will switch to the area highlighted white, sorry I wont be fishing the next few grueller matches as I am of to hospital next week for surgery on my back, tight lines everyone.
