I had a lovely day it started by drawing peg H3 on the King Sedgemoor Drain, Down stream of Silverfish Bridge, I have fished that bit a few times before but not for quite a while, so I knew I'd be on a few fish so I balled it in at the start with 10 balls of Sensas Gros Gardon/Noir/Lake containing a hadfull of pinkies and casters. Then fed 8 small one handed balls with the G/B catapult across., for the waggler or feeder later. My swim was about 8-9ft deep at 11m and I used a 0.8g Garbolino DS9 float shotted with a bulk of 8's and 3 10's as droppers with a 0.08mm hooklength and a 20 drennan super carbon maggot hook. I fed on top with hemp initally and then hemp and caster and got through 2pts of hemp and 1pt of caster (although I was putting a bit of caster across as well) I fed almost 3kg of G/B putting in a couple of single handers when it slowed. In all I had a little over 130 roach/skimmers /perch and a 3lb Bream all on the pole, on anything I put on, double fluro pinkies, red maggot or caster I had a couple of Rudd caught on the waggler over, but was catching well enough not to need to go over, but I fed it with 3 or 4 balls via the catapult every hour. Kieron Rich was on the next peg and fished super positively, only setting up a feeder and a big waggler and he had the odd fish throughout but had 2 4lb bream in 2 chucks with about 1/2 an hour to go. and within 5 mins of his second, I had mine,
I fished for Mark one Sensas and we came 11th.

hi chavey i wish i could say the same i drew b9 near the pumphouse it must of been on of the hardest sections you needed a bream as odd ones showed up along the sections i had my chance but it come off
then fell in the trap of fishing too long for another i ended up with 480grms
and that was about 60 roach and perch i should of fished for them as 900grm was good still the team came 10th
