First off start a list of names at the top, put me down for the league and the pairs please
Also just a suggestion while you still sorting it , how about 12 matches with 1 at Brownhills black cock stretch (1 for Tricast there) and the other at Rushall,
Rushall didn't fish to bad when we fished it last winter (we caught it on 1 of the few times we had ice on the water) and there would be no peg fees to pay ( I think )
Black Cock stretch is deeper than your average cut with around 6 foot in places and a nice wide towpath, not sure about peg fees tho,
Both would be another venue for the Bloodworm jonnies as well,
Just a couple of ideas but I think you really need everybody else to start having some input so you can get the bookings done

I'm going to give it until next Friday for everyone's input then after that there's no excuse.
I shall book all the waters by next weekend, so if anyone has any suggestions or questions now's the time to do it

Hi all, new to the forum. Joined the extension last week and have been speaking to TK about a potential "festival" style match?
Run a match on each stretch of the Essington canal every other weekend (to allow for pre booked matches from 3rd party clubs) right up until close season has ended. After that continue onto the Extension and carry on the matches again through out the summer months all the way up the stretch starting from the junction and ending up at the boats.
The scoring would be as a normal festival with first place taking 1 point, 2nd taking 2 etc and after the end of the matches the angler with the lowest amount of points throughout the series of matches wins the money. Or a 60:40 split with 1st and 2nd place.
If we started this after the end of your winter league that your organising it could be a decent few months angling! Especially as we would be making the full use of the extension canal instead of the odd match here and there?
Post up your opinions see what you all think

Nice one JT - think that could be goer
We could work this one up, fishing alternative weeks to the Cashmores matches, just the same as the Cashmores Carpy Crew do
Ps welcome to the forum
