Watch what your saying lads, I know a few of the Trentmen have a look on here...
If they ever grow enough brain cells to register we'll all be in trouble

I`m out

drew an end peg as well.Problem was the wind was blowing upto the other end of the lake,i also had 30 odd cars drive past my peg before the start of the match,i don`t think that helped the bad day i had either.
Still a great match to be invited to roll on next year.
Oh almost forgot to tell you that i was next to Rob Perkins(he weighed in 14lb odd) and that he fished a very tidy match.

Unlucky Chris, in EVERY match some one has to draw the poorer pegs.
Toff...how can YOU call yourself working class?...all you do all day is go on your putor, order your staff around, sell over priced products to journalists and talk to Tony Keeling

Seems a really good venue Lindholme, not had the chance to fish it yet but the fella who runs it seems to really know the score
Hard luck Chris V

think a lot of lads were up against it on the day but fished hard to the whistle

I personally think that apart from the end pegs on Oasis it was the fairest MF Cup round to date. Ironically, Chris' area was the best in our club angler of the year two weeks earlier with a 40lb+ weight! It just goes to show how a change of wind can affect things on these venues. Everyone had an almost 50/50 chance at the start and the qualifiers were well spread out. My moneys on Kieron or Darran B to go all the way with Pete Caton as the dark horse of the event. People dont realise how good an allrounder he is...
