49k won today, Jurgen and he only caught for 3 hours. 37k, 36k and 33k making the top4 on the day. Some areas hard as crappity smack, tons of fish in every peg but spawning and not interested one bit  lady thingying things all under platforms when you arrive, as many as 40 a peg spoke about but they aint interested in food  They got breading only in mind

What results you reading? Its best the canal has fished in 4 years, maybe more.

Jurgen won again today with 65kilo, that's 2 daily wins and 115kilo in the bank already. Fishing is hard in some areas but it has never been any different in all the years I have come over. last 3 years matches won with 20odd kilo all fortnight, pegs catching very little if any. 3 years previous to that, several 40 / 50 kilo weights most matches but still areas with odd fish. This year the winning weights are good again but still bad areas, I've been in the worst section for last 2 days but they have still been won with 24k and 22k.

All that said and done, the craaaack is why we are all here and that is always bang on

i agree with allot you are saying but last year was an exception to the rule what with everything being late,all i men't was it was a bit patchy, there have been some great weights and some really poor ones,hope i am not in the latter next week, lol,and hopefully have a great time also.

Last year was same as the 2 previous years, very tough 
there is still areas now with odd fish which is not what you want when your away wanting lots of fish but as they say, all luck a the draw. Least bar was open while 2 this morning get on that facking boat and safe trip all of you    [smiley=thumbsup.gif
