Thats what the forums are for mate. Malc can see who has placed an interest in fishing and can make a list. When the list is full he can start a reserve list in case anyone drops out nearer the time.
Then we will still have a full match with no empty pegs.

Little Update..

Called Babara today regards the booking and BW now have a new policy that weekday matches get booked through the Head Baliffe.

And he is off till next Monday so i can't book it till then.
(The old JINX EFFECT is starting already)
