well yet again the weather turned this time heavy rain on the Friday night

Saturday morning the phone never stopped Brian had asked me to take a look at the river as soon as i could
as i traveled down to the river i spotted that rothley brook was full to the top and expected the river to be well up
![Image](http://simplematchfishing.co.uk/forum2/images/converted_files/yabbfiles/Templates/Forum/default/thinking.gif)
but when i arrived it seamed ok looked like it was rising so Brian made the decision to take the fast sections out and asked if i could peg barrow deeps after seeing if the water was free myself and Izzy walked the dog and pegged out we must of seen 10 bream roll in the whole length
![shocked :o](./images/smilies/YaBBSmilies/Smilies/shocked.gif)
even i wished i was fishing
still on another note we discovered two swans that had been butchered one from some time ago but one was very resent
![angry >:(](./images/smilies/YaBBSmilies/Smilies/angry.gif)
both were reported
after pegging the deeps out we returned to the 1860 a section we had dismissed earlier because of rising water only to find it had come up about a inch and coloured up
![Image](http://simplematchfishing.co.uk/forum2/images/converted_files/yabbfiles/Templates/Forum/default/thinking.gif)
yet Selby brook and rothley were still full .i couldn't believe it so i decided to peg it out and then talk to Brian that night and the rest is history as it was put in to the round

this is the waterside section on the morning
the deeps looked just as good
and even better with the sun out
during the match i stayed around the waterside ,greens and deeps as we had drawn hard pegs for the sections
peg 5 at 1860 yet the extra water hadn't arrived and all the pegs above had fished well all week greens peg 4 completely the wrong end and peg1 on the deeps which is a chub peg but because it was ripping threw could be a right loose cannon
dean had drawn the bream peg and dave petch was the other side of dean anything could of happened
dean was the first to catch in the section
and our man Mark Eustace could not buy a bite i ran his section and at the time dean had two fish for 2lb and then only bits it looked grim
![embaressed :-[](./images/smilies/YaBBSmilies/Smilies/embarassed.gif)
mark godfrey and lee all struggling for fish so back and forward i went until i got back to Mark and he welcomed me with this
![Image](http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t253/joffmiester/PB180089.jpg)
get in he was then full of confidence note the bread trays we think of everything
![Image](http://simplematchfishing.co.uk/forum2/images/converted_files/yabbfiles/Templates/Forum/default/rofl.gif)
and ended the bay with three and 4th in the match
![Image](http://simplematchfishing.co.uk/forum2/images/converted_files/yabbfiles/Templates/Forum/default/thumbsup.gif)
but more importantly 2points mark godfrey had done brilliantly off his peg for 3 points and lee morley had one spell where he caught 3 skimmers and that was enough for a section win

bob greenbury fishe a blinder in the middle of the 1860 to take his section which should never happen with the two end pegs being so good
yet the day belonged to Long Eaton fed a solid performance from a rock hard river helped by the winner of the match dean we were thankfull to hold on to second place
i'l get the results up soon
