The Final round of this league was fished on the Trent & Mersey Canal at Hoo Mill/Friut farm/ shugborough,
It was a Little milder than of late , but the water tempeture was still quit low after a few frosts in the week , a few showers during the day coupled with some really strong gusty winds made the fishing a little more difficult.

Thanks to all you guys that fished all the matches , and made the league what it is ,
Match Team fishing is never cast in stone and you would be a fool to presume the weights will always be of an high standard through out the match lengths especially as fish scholl tightly up in the winter months,
making new friends and encouraging young anglers to partisipate is equally
as important to the sport also.
thanks to Dave McCall, Simon Preece, Alan Round and the Pegging out team and all the people at all the headquaters that has looked after us with food etc,
Tony Keeling, Fred Cheetham and Terry Knutt, for arranging with there clubs etc for allowing us to use there waters.
