Reported to me last night.
Yesterday at the top section at Sutton a Leicester angler offered to help Joe Oakes with his groundbait. The angler in question said for £10 he would tell Joe what was in his groundbait and how to use it !
Quiet man Joe declined the offer and went back to his peg next to said angler.
After the match had finished and Joe had beaten said bloke it was rumoured that Joe was going to give him some hemp for free !!!!
