A belated cheers guys
- been away from the tin box for a couple of days
Does that make it retirement day as well?
Nope Dave - this Friday (1/6) in reality, after 38 years and 280 days
- although I shall go in tomorrow for the last time and clear my desk........
Bloody typical aint it - they move the May bank hol back, throw in an extra bank hol - just so that I miss out on them

You look well for 60 TK, as I told you on Saturday. Didn't quite understand the answer......was it "miles off" or "bu---r off"

Happy birthday Tony. I can't decide who's the better looking, you or the Perch
My retirement day is a month after yours on the 1st July.

Cheers guys
You look well for 60 TK, as I told you on Saturday
Just to qualify as I can understand some 'confusion' surrounding my age with a birthday
almost coinciding with me taking severance/early retirement
a) I aint 72 as suggested on Saturday
b) I aint 60 either
c) For you guys old enough to remember pre decimal currency (£ s d) I was five and a tanner (5/6d) on Sat

You're just a whippersnapper then TK
I'll be the full 6/-5d on the 1st July
I plan to carry on working 3 days a week until I can't stand it any longer. My daughter is getting married on the 7th July, so I need the bish bosh.
